services for this 2.0 million gallons
per day (mgd) water treatment plant.
The project had a construction
cost of $5.2 million and was completed
in 1996.
Unique
features of this project include
a 1 million gallon potable water
storage tank, raw water pump station,
flocculation/sedimentation basins,
dual media filters, clearwell baffles
and roof, renovated high service
pump station, standby generator,
structural modifications for earthquake
resistance and extensive historical
renovation.
