Richard P. Arber Associates designed the expansion of the 5 mgd Sand Creek Water Reuse Facility. Additionally Arber Associates completed a capacity re-rating study in 2006. Arber Associates received an Honor Award during the 2002 ACEC Colorado Engineering Excellence Competition and an Engineering Excellence Award in the 2002 National ACEC Competition for the City of Aurora Sand Creek Water Reuse Facility.
