ENGINEERS WITHOUT BORDERS
Our employees are involved in some great organizations including Engineers Without Borders (EWB). Engineers Without Borders is a non-profit humanitarian organization established to partner with developing communities worldwide in order to improve their quality of life. This partnership involves the implementation of sustainable engineering projects, while involving and training internationally responsible engineers and engineering students.

RMWEA/RMSAWWA
Richard P. Arber Associates is a proud supporter of both the Rocky Mountain Water Environment Association (RMWEA) and the Rocky Mountain Section of the American Water Works Association (RMSAWWA). Several members of Arber's staff are active members of one or both organizations including Jamie Eichenberger, the current Vice President of RMWEA, and Ryan Walsh, the current Chair of the RMWEA/RMSAWWA Joint Young Professionals Committee.

Jamie began his involvement in RMWEA in 2005 as Chair of the RMWEA Government Affairs Committee and transitioned to the Executive Committee, the governing body of RMWEA, in 2006 as Secretary of that organization. Jamie is working his way through the executive committee and is slated to preside over RMWEA's Executive Committee in 2011.

Ryan began his involvement in RMWEA/RMSAWWA in 2007 when he became co-chair of the Joint Young Professionals Committee. This committee is a joint venture of RMWEA and RMSAWWA and works to get young professionals in the water and wastewater industry involved with the two organizations. The Young Professionals Committee offers tours, networking events and other activities for professionals under the age of 35 and/or with less than 5 years of experience.

Arber has found involvement in these organizations to be a valuable and rewarding experience and strongly encourages you to become an active member in one or both organizations.
