LAKEWOOD , COLORADO - Richard P. Arber Associates announces the addition of Dan Petramala and Alan Johnson to the Water and Wastewater Consulting Engineering Firm. Mr. Petramala will manage the firm’s new construction services department. He has over 26 years of experience in construction engineering, including inspection, management, and contract administration for a variety of potable water and wastewater facilities projects. He specializes in automated wastewater treatment, water reuse, and water treatment facilities. Dan holds an Associate of Applied Science in General Engineering and is certified by the State of Colorado for operation of both wastewater collection and water distribution systems.

Mr. Petramala’s project experience includes services during construction of 13 water treatment and 13 wastewater treatment projects including those for the Colorado communities of Lafayette , Steamboat Springs, Fort Morgan , Fraser, Castle Rock, Berthoud, Lake City , and the Superior Metro District #1. He also provided services during construction for Rapid City , SD ; Broken Arrow , OK ; and two projects at Grand Canyon National Park , AZ. Dan’s past experience also includes six years of inspection team management.

Alan Johnson comes to Richard P. Arber Associates with 15 years water and wastewater system design experience . Alan's project experience includes drafting and design for water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, water tanks and water intake structures. His design projects include those for Snowmass Water and Sanitation District, Superior Metro District #1, City of Lafayette and the Bureau of Reclamation.  He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting for Construction from Red Rocks Community College , CO .
