DENVER, COLORADO
- Richard P. Arber Associates celebrates the 15th Anniversary of
Hsyi-Ming Jean and announces the addition of Gwendolyn Frank to
the Water and Wastewater Consulting Engineering Firm.
H.M. Jean celebrated his 15th Anniversary with Richard P. Arber
Associates this month. Mr. Jean has designed water and wastewater
projects throughout the Western US for the firm. His most recent
projects include the National Award Winning Sand Creek Water Reuse
Facility for the City of Aurora and the Membrane Water Treatment
Plant at Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
Ms. Frank is a graduate of the Masters Program in Civil Engineering
from the University of Colorado with a specialty in Environmental
Engineering. Ms. Frank’s previous work experience includes
an assignment with the Integrated Teaching and Learning Laboratory
at the University of Colorado. Her work focused on the education
of elementary students in science and technology and the development
of engineering workshops for middle and high school students. While
at the University of Colorado she was also involved in the modeling
of the Air Force Academy’s Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Ms. Frank is currently working on a project for the North Rim of
Grand Canyon National Park. The water distribution system upgrade
will improve fire protection, and domestic flow and pressure for
areas at the North Rim of the Park. She is also working on a new
water transmission line project for the Town of Eagle, CO, which
will improve the water pressure in the system as well as increase
supply for proposed new growth in the area.
