RICK ARBER, P.E., BCEE, President
Rick Arber has served as Principal-In-Charge for all of the firm water quality projects including studies, evaluations, and designs of a wide variety of water and wastewater facilities. Rick Arber has also been project manager and design engineer for more than 100 water and wastewater treatment projects. His particular strengths are in water quality and water and wastewater treatment systems.


BILL VEYDOVEC, P.E., Vice President
Bill Veydovec is a civil and environmental engineer with over 14 years of experience in planning and design of water and wastewater treatment facilities. He has been responsible for treatment process evaluation, facilities design, and equipment selection. He has also provided engineering services during construction of water and wastewater facilities.



HSYI-MING JEAN, P.E., Senior Project Manager / QA / QC
Hsyi-Ming Jean is a civil and environmental engineer with over 35 years experience in project management, process design, facilities planning and evaluation, design review, and construction administration for water and wastewater treatment plants. He also has designed water distribution and wastewater collection systems. He has worked at all levels of design and has been involved with over 40 treatment facility projects. His particular strengths are in process evaluations and hydraulic calculations.


MARK BEEBE, P.E., Project Manager
Mark Beebe is a civil and environmental engineer with over 12 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment processes. He has been involved with water quality research, analysis and design of water and wastewater treatment systems, master planning and facility planning, hydraulic modeling, and providing office services during construction

ROB ANDERSON, P.E., Project Manager
Rob Anderson has over 16 years of technical experience in water/wastewater treatment, hydraulic systems, master plans and engineering studies, engineering design, preparation of detailed plans and specifications, and construction management. Rob has also designed lift stations, booster pump stations, raw water pump stations, sewer collection systems, force mains, water transmission pipelines, water storage tanks, raw water/irrigation reservoirs, drainage and erosion control facilities, and raw water canal diversions.



ROB DEMIS, P.E., Project Manager
Rob Demis is a civil and environmental engineer with over 14 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. He has worked on projects ranging from $0.25 million to $70 million. Projects range from wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, pipe lines and water storage projects to landfills and military complexes.



STEVE RAVEL, P.E., BCEE, Project Manager
Steve is a civil and environmental engineer with over 14 years of experience in water, wastewater and water reuse engineering. Steve has been responsible for the preparation of master planning reports, engineering and feasibility reports, layout and design, specification writing, permitting, cost estimating, construction phase engineering and project management for municipal water, wastewater and reuse projects.



DAN PETRAMALA, Construction Manager
Dan Petramala has over 26 years of experience in resident engineering, construction inspection, construction management, contract administration, and construction surveying for a variety of potable water and wastewater facilities, stormwater quality facilities, and drainageway improvement projects. He specializes in automation systems in water treatment facilities and activated sludge wastewater treatment facilities.


JAMES RICKARD, P.E., Structural Engineering Manager
Jim is a Structural Engineering Manager with over 15 years experience. He has been responsible for management, design, and construction services for the construction of numerous water and wastewater treatment plants and facilities, office buildings, institutional structures, maintenance facilities, and historic structures.
